Biography

Following a BBA in Marketing at Florida International University and an MS in Digital Marketing from New York University, Elizabeth S. O’Neill joined the business world in the challenging environment of New York City. She immersed herself in the world of digital marketing agencies, gaining management experience and benefitting from the opportunity to work directly with business clients, such as national supermarkets, cruise lines, automotive manufacturers, beverage/alcohol portfolios, and business consulting firms, amongst others.

Although Elizabeth built a career for herself in digital marketing, she decided to pursue a career in law and enrolled at the Interamerican University School of Law. She not only went on to earn her Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2025, but also found time to intern with a U.S. District Judge at the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, become an editor of the Law Review and publish three articles. For her efforts, she was one of two students awarded the Ivette Coll de Pestaña Award by the Law Review.

With her years as a businessperson providing a solid base to see not only the purely legal aspects of a legal issue, but also the interplay between the law and business, she joined Aguiló LLC as an associate in 2026.
